When OnlyCopilotFans launched in late 2024, our mission was to create a place for the community to find news, content and tutorials on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot in one place. A year later, we added our YouTube channel with tutorials. While these are good ways to reach our community of agent makers and AI enthusiasts, it is still a one-way channel. We create content, and hope that there are people who are finding and consuming it.

But we want more, especially for our community of Agent Makers. We want a way to reach our community live, in real-time, and bring more content, from more experts, on more aspects of Copilot Studio from the functional, to the technical, to security and governance. This led to the creation a brand new meetup community called Copilot Studio Saturdays.

Meetup Format and Cadence

Copilot Studio Saturdays - as the name suggests - will host meetups on Saturdays at a monthly cadence. It follows in a long tradition of Saturday communities like SharePoint Saturdays, Dynamics 365 Saturdays, M365 Saturdays, etc. It is and will always be free.

The meetups will be online (sometimes hybrid), presented live, led by community experts, Microsoft MVPs and MCTs, with recordings available for on-demand viewing. We held our inaugural / pilot meetup on May 9th 2026 with content in English, and the next one is scheduled for June 27th. (Click here to register).

One Community - Many Languages

But we’re not stopping at one language. Our goal is to have monthly meetups in as many languages as we can find community leaders and speakers for. We already have commitments for Spanish, and Turkish, commitments-in-the-making for Portuguese, the Balkans (Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian), and German, with more language meetups coming soon.

Over time, we may also have multiple communities for one language, in order to accommodate for practicalities like time zone differences and regional preferences.

The Copilot Studio Saturdays website natively supports 10 languages at launch: English, Arabic, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Turkish. In time, support will be added for even more languages.

Meet our mascot, CoPi!

Everybody loves a mascot. Ours is CoPi (rumor has it that it’s short for Copilot). CoPi loves building agents with Copilot Studio. In case you missed it, CoPi also writes articles for OnlyCopilotFans from time to time.

Would you like to speak or lead a community?

For Copilot Studio Saturdays to thrive, we need Copilot Studio experts who are willing to speak and/or be a community leader.

To express your interest, please visit CopilotStudioSaturdays.com and click on Speak or Community Leaders and fill out the short form.

If you wish to speak on more than one topic, please complete one submission for each session / topic. We will respond to all proposals within a week of receiving them.

Community Leaders will be expected to commit to organizing at least 6 meetups each year. We have created an event management system that is super-easy to use: New events can be created in a minute, and immediately displayed online once approved. Past events will also display with a link for on-demand viewing shortly after the end of the event.

All Community Leaders will be spotlighted CopilotStudioSaturdays.com along with location, credentials, and social links.

Advertising, Sponsorships & Merchandise

Running communities - even ones run by volunteers with online meetups - have costs: website building and maintenance, hosting, advertising, licensing, and other operating costs. And we’d love to engage the community with free giveaways at events. This will only be sustainable in the long term with the help of advertising and sponsorships.
